Time and Materials

Traditional time and materials rates are available  for all clients. T&M is ideal for our smaller clients who prefer to actively manage their IT budget and prefer scalability in service.

Standard Hourly Rate: $175/hr

​Fixed Bid

Nailed IT offers custom fixed bid rates for qualifying clients.  Fixed bids are all inclusive and cover all labor and managed service options. This offering is ideal for clients who require a predictable and consistent IT budget. Fixed bids are available after the first 3 months of service.

Managed Services

Remote Management/monitoring/asset inventory: $18/computer
Anti-Spam: $3.00/mailbox
DNS Hosting: $20/yr
Registration and DNS Hosting (Domestic Only): $35.00/yr
